Saraswati offers one to one support for the multi-dimensional body. Through her experience as a Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist, and her many years of practice and study of Yoga and Tantra, she offers individual sessions to support you exactly where you are so that you can move through life’s challenges with Grace.
Whether the obstacles to freedom are physical, mental, emotional or energetic, Yoga therapy meets the individual where they are, and aims to bring each person back into harmony with themselves so that they can live a fulfilled and joyful life.
The support offered comes from seeing the client for an initial consultation to see how best Saraswati can support what is presenting. Then together we come up with a practice plan that will gently guide the individual to greater health, freedom and ease.
The approach is practical, holistic and rooted in Yogic and Vedic understanding.
We are all unique, and come into the world with our individual blueprint of gifts and challenges. Whatever age we are, or whatever stage of life, Yoga and Yoga therapy offers the individual a beautiful roadmap back to the Self.
